Leverage Benefits of America Association ("LBAA") is dedicated to maintaining the trust or our customers and others with whom we do business. This Privacy Notice will provide you with our practices and policies with respect to the handling of personal information and compliance with privacy laws.

Why LBAA Collects Personal Information LBAA collects personal information only for the purpose of serving the needs of its customers (current and former). These needs include evaluating, providing administrative services, including compliance with regulatory requirements. None of this information is disclosed.

Types of Nonpublic Personal Information LBAA Collects Information that may be collected includes, but is not limited to, an individual’s name, address, telephone number and credit reports. LBAA’s Security of Nonpublic Personal Information Personal information recorded in documents is securely stored at LBAA’s offices and at the offices of its affiliated companies. We control access to nonpublic personal information to those who need access to service our customers and to others as permitted or required by law. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to better protect the information under our control. LBAA employees, contractors and representatives are under obligation to access personal information only when they have a legitimate business need to do so.

Internet Communication The privacy of communication over the Internet cannot be guaranteed, because the Internet is not a secure medium. LBAA does not assume any responsibility for any harm, loss, or damage you may experience or incur by the sending of personal or confidential information over the Internet by or to LBAA.
